- INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Raj Vision Electronics is an independent, multi-brand electronics service center specializing in the repair and maintenance of LED TVs, home theatre systems, and microwave ovens. We operate as a private, highly qualified workshop managed by a certified professional (DECE) with over 28 years of industry experience and a recognized Skill India Certification.
We do not claim to be an officially authorized or exclusive service center for any specific electronics manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks mentioned are used for identification and descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
- SERVICE AND WARRANTY TERMS
- Diagnostics & Estimation: A standard inspection and diagnostic charge shall apply to all electronic appliances brought to our workshop or inspected on-site.
- Repairs & Spare Parts: We specialize in high-quality component-level repairs. In instances where original factory spare parts are obsolete or unavailable in the market, we may utilize advanced circuit modifications and alternative high-grade components to restore appliance functionality.
- Service Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on the specific components or circuits repaired by us. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, misuse, negligence, or third-party tampering after service delivery.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Raj Vision Electronics exercises utmost care in handling customer appliances. However, we shall not be liable for any inherent component failures occurring during diagnostic procedures, high-voltage stress testing, structural degradation of aged display panels, or data loss in smart devices during troubleshooting or repair.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
